Afternoon: Wu Tao Dance with Lisa Fabry from Unfold Yoga and Wellbeing
Wu Tao is a gentle and fun dance practice based on the principles of Chinese Medicine. There are Five Element Dances: Air, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. Each dance stretches and activates energy channels (meridians) and helps to harmonise energy flow in the body. The end result is an experience of beauty, balance and harmony - physically, mentally and emotionally.
Spring is the season of the wood element. Wood is energy, motivation, vitality and optimism. Lisa invites you to welcome in the spring with the Wu Tao Wood Dance. No experience needed. All ages and abilities welcome.
Lisa Fabry facilitates Wu Tao weekly classes and seasonal retreats in the Adelaide Hills and CBD.
